These terms apply to your use of SlipSeek, a receipt management service built by Etna Tech (“we”, “us”), and to this website. By using SlipSeek you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

SlipSeek lets you send receipt photos through Telegram so that they can be organized, searched and included in reports. Your use of Telegram is also subject to Telegram’s own terms.

No professional advice

SlipSeek is a receipt-management tool. It does not provide accounting, tax, financial or legal advice, and it does not replace your accountant or other professional adviser.

AI-generated information

SlipSeek uses AI to read receipts and prepare information. AI-generated information may contain errors or omissions. Please review receipt details and reports before you rely on them, including before you share them with others or use them for any filing or decision.

Your responsibilities

• Keep the original receipts and records you may need, or keep independent backups.
• Provide accurate account and contact details.
• Only submit receipts and information that you have the right to submit.

Plans, prices and limits

Subscription plans, prices and usage limits are presented through the service and on our website, and may change over time. Payments are currently made through Interac e-Transfer.

Cancellation and refunds

For questions about cancelling a plan or about refunds, contact us at [email protected]. Nothing in these terms promises a refund beyond what applicable law requires or what is expressly offered to you at the time of purchase.

Acceptable use

Please do not use SlipSeek to break the law, to submit content you are not entitled to share, to interfere with or attempt to disrupt the service, to attempt to access another person’s data, or to misuse the service in any way that could harm others or SlipSeek.

Availability

We aim to keep SlipSeek available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free processing. We may change, suspend or discontinue features from time to time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SlipSeek is provided “as is”, and Etna Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the service or from errors in information it produces. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
